4 November

12:30 – 13:45 Registration and Networking lunch

14:00 - Welcome and Opening Keynotes

In the urgent race to meet the 2030 climate targets, the world needs a significant increase in policy ambition, a strategic reallocation of funds and investments, the establishment of an economy in harmony with nature, and the enhancement of climate actions.

The World Future Forum aims to address these critical areas by bringing together global leaders, policymakers, economists, investors, academics and game-changing businesses. Through a series of panels, we will explore the complex interplay between climate diplomacy, economic models, and climate financing. The discussions will focus on the need for bold policies, sustainable economic practices, and the redirection of capital towards sustainable activities. Our goal is to develop actionable strategies that can accelerate progress towards a sustainable and climate-resilient future.

Among the many actions needed to address the climate crisis, our programme prioritises the need for a framework and mechanisms to mainstream sustainable finance and impact investing.
